Taiga Biome

Taiga

Often treferred to as "boreal forests" or "snow forest", the Taiga biome is characterized by coniferous forests consisting mostly of pines, spruces, and larches. Streams and small rivers weave through these cold forests, the bottoms riddled with small, slippery pebbles that can trip any creature not used to accomadating such a slip. Not to mention the cold temperatures would take some getting used to.
